Brett is one of the two main characters of the strip. As a "superhero" he's known as Commander Capybara, loved by women, feared by criminals. But the truth is, the only reason why he's so good at catching those criminals is because he always screws up and knocks them out by accident. |

Mike, a.k.a. Beaver Guy, is Brett's roommate and partner in the world of superheroism. Mike is just as much a poseur as Brett, but when he catches criminals, it's usually not due to bungling. He invents some gadgets, and has his rich uncle make them. |

Rick is Mike's rich uncle. It's because of Rick that Brett and Mike look like superheros and have superhero gadgets - if Rick didn't exist, the guys would be wearing bedsheet togas as superhero costumes. |
